Introduction

The Process helps to UNDO feelings that are difficult, painful, or hard to manage, and gives you a way to completely reduce or even eliminate them altogether in a way that’s easy, fast, and gentle.

We suggest you not stop listening until the feelings of loss are completely gone, replaced by feelings of acceptance, grateful remembrance and love.

Life is about change and nothing creates change more than the loss of someone we love or something we care about deeply. We can lose a loved one, a friendship, possessions, health, a marriage, a relationship or even love itself and for a time we grieve deeply the loss of whatever that is.

When we lose anything we love or value, there is a natural process for dealing with that loss.

There are 5 steps involved:

1. Denial – “This can’t be happening to me.”

2. Anger – “Why is this happening to me.”

3. Bargaining – “I’d give anything if you’d only come back to me.”

4. Depression – “What will I do with myself now that what I loved has gone.?”

5. Acceptance – “I can now accept this loss and start to live again. “

The purpose of this Program is NOT to bypass those steps but to help you move more easily from one step to the next, until finally, you are able to accept your loss. Then and only then will you be able to move on and allow yourself to live fully and completely once again.

Here’s a very important tip to make it even easier…

When I take you through this process I am not speaking to you. I am actually speaking to your Subconscious Mind. You don’t need to figure anything out, or focus on a feeling to make it go away. No, this method enlists the aid of your subconscious mind and instructs it to release your anger and the patterns and ways of thinking connected to that. All you need to do is follow the instructions and remember to repeat your cue word.
