When I take you through this process I am not speaking to you. I am actually speaking to your Subconscious Mind. You don’t need to figure anything out or focus on a feeling to make it go away. No, this method enlists the aid of your subconscious mind and instructs it to release your sadness and the patterns and ways of thinking connected to that. All you need to do is follow the instructions and remember to repeat your cue word.
